As Director of First Impressions, Brianna serves as the first point of contact for our client community. She also manages front desk operations and supports the team with scheduling, calendar coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks to help ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
Brianna’s natural ability to connect with people, her genuine care, and her positive energy make her a natural fit for this role. In addition, her background in both the beauty and medical administrative fields has shaped her client-first approach, centered around attention to detail, anticipating needs, and building meaningful, long-term relationships.
Outside of the office, Brianna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Bella and Sophia, who are at the center of everything she does. Together, they love traveling, attending country concerts, trying new restaurants, and spending time with their two pups.
